Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive confirmation and, if applicable, tracking details via email.

Domestic Shipping

PureAg LLC ships throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and carrier.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order.

PureAg LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs authority for more information about applicable fees.

We are also not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
